To be eligible for a return:- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- A proper unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening
- The complete unboxing process
- The damaged product clearly visible

Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
